My husband and I came here for 5 days, we booked a round trip shuttle with our stay once we arrived to the Cancun airport. The staff was very friendly. We booked the all inclusive package, the first time we ordered room service food it was very dry and not fresh. We were a bit disappointed. They have restaurants in the resort, the best one was the Mexican steakhouse with great cocktail drinks. If you want to go anywhere the taxi fee is 40 and it does get pretty expensive. I felt like they were under staffed at times. If your looking for entertainment here, it’s non existent. They have a moon cabaret which is open until 1am, you can dance, drink. Whoever is the DJ does not play up to date music, it’s mostly throwback jams unless you request songs. They also have a outside pool bar, which is relaxing at night. The drinks by pool taste watered down and the liquor options are very limited. This resort is about 30 minutes from downtown Cancun, which is far away if you want to go out and explore anything outside of the resort. The 24 hour room service is only available to a smaller and limited menu. If you want a resort to relax, this is the place. If your looking for “fun” and a younger vibe atmosphere I would recommend booking somewhere else in Cancun. This resort is for elderly 30 couples. We had an amazing time, but we would have preferred more entertainment. The architecture of this place is breathtaking, anywhere you go it’s picture worthy.

Honestly, I was begging my husband to stay some extra days. We stayed in the swim up room and it was so worth the money. They would come bring you drinks straight to your patio, it was a dream. Room, pool, restaurants were all constantly clean and all the staff wore mask and were very attentive the entire time. The restaurants were very good, although I do wish there would have been a little more variety and more "snack options" during the day considering it is all inclusive. As most of the reviews do mention, there is a lot of seaweed on the beach but it really didn't bother us. We lounged in the cabanas and enjoyed the view more than being in the actual ocean. It was the ideal relaxing vacation, we will 100% be back!!!

What a beautiful time at this resort. Staff was really friendly (not so much the front desk) but everyone else was amazing. The drinks are great and i loved all the restaurants! The entertainment is practically non existent though. 24 hour room service was the best thing! I visited November 2019.

This property and staff is just wonderful. It’s in a great location, it’s not too big, and it’s beautiful. Flavors market at breakfast is so good. Laura the manager was always very helpful. Karen always greeted us with a smile and remembered who we were. And our server Jose always made our day better! The pools are lovely, and JC was our usual waiter and was always quick to check on us and bring us anything we needed. You have to see Kelly in the coffee bar, she will make you the best coffee you have ever had. We had issues with our airline and Sandra at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice while trying to help us fix things. Cannot wait to come back!

We stayed here for a week in March and it could not have been a better experience! The staff worked incredibly hard and were super friendly. The breakfast bar was the best buffet I’ve ever been to, and the dinner restaurants had the most delicious food. I would recommend this place to ANYONE!

We stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun mid January and had a wonderful experience! The resort itself was beautiful and had so much to offer. Upon arrival, temperatures were taken and we right off the bat noticed that all staff were wearing masks. Even the guests around us were mindful about wearing masks when indoors. The check in process went smooth as well. The rooms were spotless and well decorated. The buffet was excellent and guests were required to wear masks while around the food. This was my first time coming to Cancun, and cannot imaging staying anywhere else! Cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely loved my stay. The hotel and rooms were impeccable. The service was awesome. The staff was always attentive and at your service. Laura was always very helpful and accommodating in the restaurants. Thank you also to Teo for managing my reservation perfectly. And our server Luis was awesome as well. Will definitely be back! High recommend.

AMAZING! WE had an amazing 5 days! The staff is beyond good they far exceeded all expectations. If you are looking for an adults only laid back resort this is the place for you.
