What a great experience, customer service at it's best. Found the pool supplies I needed without having to drive around town. Reasonable prices and very helpful when trying to price out future projects. Highly recommended for all those handymen and those who prefer to do the job themselves.

Great customer service..always helpful and the prices are ok..quality products ..clean well thought out store..this is in Bucerias..the one in Puerto Vallarta is the same quality of helpful staff..they can also recommend what your pool needs and give you phone numbers for repair people..I drive past another pool store in La Cruz /different company /to go to Universal Pools in Bucerias because they are so much nicer and helpful at Universal Pool in Bucerias..
