Simply the best! Mexico Lindo Cooking experience with Chef Claudia was awesome. Chef Claudia gave us the opportunity for so much hands on cooking. The dishes we prepared were delicious. It was a cultural experience not to be missed.

It's difficult to overstate the sheer joy of an experience like the one we had with Ale (ah-lay) at Mexico Lindo Cooking. We spent the better part of a day with her and her team: learning about the gastro-cultural history of Mexico, marveling at her creative gardening techniques, equipping ourselves with new skills in the kitchen, and, yes, cooking and eating some of the best food we've ever enjoyed. From the Mayan hot chocolate that kicked off our day to the homemade flan that finished it, the experience was a master class in Mexican cuisine. One of our favorite vacation memories, and hands down the best cooking class we've ever attended. Do not miss.

Incredible experience! Chef Ale is a great host; very welcoming, friendly and happy to teach all things Mexico! The surroundings were beautiful, the food was exquisite and the coffee was for to die for. We spent the whole day eating, drinking and having fun! This place was amazing and definitely surpassed expectations. Alejandra is a great teacher who is nothing like commercial teachers. She takes her time to talk to each of her students and is super friendly. Her class was full of good food and excellent instruction. Alejandra and her crew will guide you through all of the steps for making each meal. They are all super humble and show extreme gratitude for taking their course. You have to dedicate one day to come out here and see what the Mexican culture is about.

We had the most amazing time at Mexico Lindo Cooking school with Chef Ale. We were taught about the Mexican history, taken around the grounds to visit all the natural produce and taught how to prepare and cook a number of tasty Mexican meals. Chef Ale was warm and welcoming and we couldn’t recommend this course for anyone visiting Cancun or Playa del Carmen. 5* ️️️️️
