I acquired a 20 hour GRE preparation tutoring service from which I only received half of the paid hours. In attempting to reschedule the remaining 10 hours with my tutor, Ms. Jessyca Chanut informed the clases are not up for rescheduling even when in my personal case, I lost a family member and could not attend the scheduled sessions due to the funeral and mourning. A very inflexible and unfriendly service. My only option was to pay again for another 20 hours which seems unfair given the reason for my request to rescheduling sessions. I do not recommend this place at all! ️
