They have an elaborate scheme to force you to buy their insurance. Once I denied to pay the 700 dollar insurance they were selling and bring another insurance from a third party, they deemed necessary to request a hold on my credit card 15 times higher than the actual price of the reservation (in this case they wanted to charge over 2500 dollars for deposit)

Brand new car, Got all the insurance package (from mexican national site), No gimmicks, no bull crap returning car. I give them 5 stars. A similar rental from Hertz Puebla was a nightmare. These guys were super friendly and I did not feel raped with their pricing.
