I stayed at the Princess Palace for a week after a procedure in Tijuana. I felt like I was on vacation. The wonderful staff is so kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. The facility itself is large, luxurious, and comfortable. Every single meal served was fresh, healthy, and delicious. I was treated like a celebrity. I love these ladies. All were nurses, except for one, Monserrat, who became a doctor during my stay! Talk about top rate staff. Even the owner, Salvador made sure we were always taken care of. During my stay, I heard horror stories from other patients that transferred in from other overcrowded facilities, that advertised something that was not delivered. I was so relieved to have chosen the best recovery home in Tijuana, as there are many choices, but only one right one - The Princess Palace!

The certified nurses from the recovery home took good care of me as if I was their child. They showered me everyday because I was to weak to do it on my own. They cleaned my wounds everyday, they drain my drainage everyday. I got clean towels every time I showered and my bedsheets were washed daily. They fed me 3 meals a day. When I wasn’t in the mood to eat at the table they would bring my food to the room. They also bring in live entertainment and When you want fresh air they take you to the rooftop to refresh. They also have walkers and wheelchairs if you need assistance. The beds adjust with a push of a button so you can sleep and rest comfortably. These people treated me like family. I definitely recommend this place. I was also taken to my appointments. They also hand wash your faja and they wash your clothes everyday. You only need to take 2 change of clothes. The house is constantly being cleaned and sanitized. You won’t regret it.

All the girls are professional, kind and know what they’re doing. Angie one of the nurse went over and beyond and let me borrow one of her robe from her home and made sure i was comfortable. From Paula Rodriguez stayed feb10-15.

Can’t say enough. Amazing!This place far exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Beautiful ,modern and clean place. Staff is amazing, super helpful ,kind and very attentive to all of my needs. Almost feel sad to leave , I am so well taken care of and even spoiled. Can’t top this Sergio and all of the girls are outstanding!

This is an absolutely beautiful recovery home managed by wonderful experienced individuals who you learn to love as family, they care for you as you were their blood!.. The house is beautiful and clean, I couldn't have asked for a better place and better nurses to take care of me on my recovery. So, this is what my stay included transportation pick up after surgery, lodging, and most importantly medical care by the sweetest,kindest nurses! The house is located in a very safe area, but on top of that they have security cameras for extra safety. The house is rather spotless and equipped with handicap accommodations, such as a button alert to call for assistance, wheelchair, a shower chair, and even an accessible toilet that accommodates ladies with limited mobility due to surgeries. In addition, the meals & beverage were delicious and healthy. I personally loved, the cucumber water and the Arnica tee. I met four of the most wonderful young ladies, Angie, Issamar, Judith, and Jessica. They all go the extra mile to accommodate you; however, I must say Jessica is just a bundle of love. If you are considering staying at a recovery home after cosmetic surgery, I strongly suggest you consider staying at Princess Palace in Tijuana. Thank you Salvador you did a great job with the house and most importantly the staff!
