We rented Villa Unica from Playa Moments and it was amazing!! This house is like a boutique hotel - gym, massage room, plenty of room for everyone. The best part was we were 20 steps from the beach. The upstairs cocktail pool was amazing no matter what time of day or night you were up there. The staff was super helpful anytime we needed anything.

Awful experience - do not book with them! Booked an apartment with them for 6 weeks and the day of check in they said the apartment I booked was having repairs done so they would need to put me in a temporary apartment for one night. The temporary apartment was then flooded, they expected me to stay there for 3 nights with no clean up, and then charged me 200USD for two nights stayed in a flooded apartment that wasn't even what I booked. Ended up cancelling my reservation with them and being homeless because the customer service was so bad. AVOID working with them! Very unprofessional and some of the worst customer service I've seen. There are so many other agencies/buildings around with a much better experience.

Poor customer service, promise things that were never deliver, promise on inspection of the unit. Promise of sign lease and never deliver. Totally dissatisfied with playa moments not with the Elements.
