Hummus is outstanding so are the pitta and wraps... however my chicken had no flavour and I was a little disappointed as the oil sat on me for 2 days after... everything else is a big tick! The bread seems hand made and is soo yummy! The chips are the best ive had so fsr in playa. A little expensive as the decor us drab but this is 5th avenue \u200d️

If in Playa come here. Great food and the best people, the Shwarma was done perfectly taste great and super filling. Enjoy.
Happy Hanukkah !! We decided to try a Jewish restaurant during their holidays. Cozy and a few tables inside (8) and outside (2). We decided to go with small dishes to share the full experience. Of course, hummus was a must with falafel was tasteful then, we tried the shashuka plate (eggs in a salsa sauce with vegetables) ...both plates were served with pita bread. Lastly shaguarma...chicken, rice and vegerables...the taste is very good when you mix all tree of them together. No alcohol served here but sodas and water and no plates on the table to put your food. Some are signing / praying at one table. Ask Manuel for great service in Spanish, English and Hebrew. Ps. Nothing special about this experience.
This place could've gotten more stars from me if it wasn't for their service. The waitress acted like she was super tired when we came in for breakfast. Part of her job was to stand outside, advertise the place and invite people in ...but with her energy level no wonder this place was empty! We were looking for this restaurant because we read good reviews on it. The food was ok, hummus was very bland, and for Shakshuka they used canned tomatoes, and they didn't even have coffee (it was on the menu) The last straw was that this waitress took out a tip for herself without our permission
This restaurant was delicious! Service was great and the owner was super friendly and helpful! Highly recommended.
Great atmosphere! Yummy food, we ordered schnitzel sandwich in a lafa and grilled salmon was delicious!! We had the fruit drink mango banana and lemon mixed was amazing! Manuel is the best waiter!
Review for Eat Bar & Yummy. Came twice to EAT BAR and they didn’t have food or couldn’t “service us.” On our first attempt, at lunchtime, they informed us that they had too many take out orders to “service us.” On our second attempt, at 11:20pm (they close at 2am), they informed us that they were out of food because they had been so busy, even though we could see all of the ingredients in their deli-style counter. If they don’t have food they should either go buy some more at the supermarket or close for the day, because turning away clientele is bad service. It worked out, though, because we found Yummy, around the corner, where we had amazing mushroom hummus, with steaming-hot pitas. Yummy is a proper restaurant, whereas Eat Bar is a glorified convenience store.
The food was Yummy!! The service was pretty good..a bit of communication troubles, we are in a foreign country! We are there three times!!
