Absolutely wonderful service at this clinic! Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable,most of the staff speaking pretty good English. Dr.Javier went above and beyond,he had made me a CD with my records and took time to explain everything to me and my husband personally! Would recommend this facility to everyone! Thank you so much!

I was recommended to have a Colónoscopy at this clinic by my Dr. The Dr at the clinic sent me instructions for the preparation. I arrived at the clinic, was professionaly greeted by the receptionist and, after completing a consent form, went into the OR. I was given a anesthetic and had a very restful 45 minutes. Dr. Javier then explained to me what they found, and that everything was normal for someone my age. I was charged the agreed upon amount and the Dr sent my report within 15 minutes. From my experience I would say this is a top-notch clinic run by competent and professional Drs. I would have no hesitation recommending it to friends and family.

Es un robo este lugar el primer día que fui me dieron un precio según total. Y ya que me entregaron los análisis. Me dicen que tengo que ir a otra consulta pagada la cual no tenía el dinero. Cuando lo conseguí y les marcó me dicen que el precio había aumentado al doble. Por decirme cuál era el tratamiento a seguir de unos análisis hechos ahí.

Mi hice la colonoscopia me fue bien pero al otro día fui a que me explicaran que me encontraron y que tratamiento necesito y por una platica con el doctor de 5min me cobraron 800 pesos después de haber pagado 7mil pesos por el procedimiento bien abusivos salí muy enojado mucho cuidado!!!

Fake office, on the phone they give a price and when you arrive is another, the nurse of 16 years does not even know how to put a catheter. The place is a poorly adapted mini house with a nice logo. I really chose this place because it was the cheapest of Playa del Carmen but I fled from there. Consultorio patito, por teléfono dan un precio y cuando llegas es otro, la enfermera de 16 años ni siquiera sabe poner un catéter. El lugar es una mini casa mal adaptada con un bonito logo. La verdad escogí este lugar por que fue lo mas económico de playa del carmen pero salí huyendo de allí.
