We recently returned from the Mayan Riveria, Bahia Principe Coba. We booked a trip with this company for a snorkelling trip to Cozumel. Long story short, the wind did not co-operate with us and we were turned around and did not get to snorkel. The day did not have the result we wanted, but it did reveal how wonderful this company and it's staff are. We received a complete refund, no questions asked, even though they would have lost money on the ferry tickets purchased. My Wife and Son did a Cenote tour two days later and came back with huge smiles on their faces. Thank you Scubaquatic, you are truly an asset to your industry. I want to make special mention to Armando who took such excellent care of myself and my family on the snorkelling day that did not happen. I wish you nothing but success my friend. I recently did my padi open water course here, the staff is very friendly and professional. My instructor Alex was excellent, very patient and good teacher, also fluent in English Spanish and French. It was very windy while I was there and water was quite rough but was handled well by the staff. I had a great 3 days completing my course and would highly recommend. If I'm back next year cant wait to dive with the bull sharks!!

Very nice people, very caring and helpful. Divemasters are great, they do everything to make sure all you have to care about is relaxing and enjoying your dives (and following the safety rules of course). Cenotes and Cozumel are a must, I'll come back.
