Great potential. Needs a bit of TLC and a new menu.

Nice looking facility that turns out to be a complete tourist trap. Waiter was rude and seemed annoyed at times. Food was good and drinks were decent - but more in the expensive side Tip of the iceberg was running the card in the end with a nice fat tip on top of the bill without mentioning anything. Avoid this place - there is plenty of good alternatives

Love the peace and quiet away from the hords of people further down the beach. The service was excellent and the pool was really nice. It was but we thought is was worth it! Highly recommend..oh...and the bathrooms were nice and clean!

If you’re looking for a quiet spot on the beach in Playa Del Carmen this is it. The banana daiquiris and shrimp tacos are amazing! Edgar is a wonderful bartender!!!! And JR is a great server!!

You have a choice of beach clubs in Playa del Carmen, so don't chose this one. Extremely overpriced, unclean/untidy facilities, and completely empty when we were there, which says something. The pool was full of sand and debris. The waitstaff were rude and unhelpful and on top of that had the nerve to add a tip! I've never paid so much and gotten so little. To be clear the outrageous price we paid was just for food and drink, use of the facilities is extra. It felt like a sketchy experience beginning to end and we left feeling scammed. If you want a quiet beach club, for half the price you can enjoy day pass at Mahekala which includes beach access and a food and beverage credit to boot. The waitstaff know your name and take good care of you there.

This place has so much potential, but unfortunately it sucks. Service is terrible, everything is overpriced, BUT it COULD be cool with the proper management. Probably just needs new ownership overall. A disappointment experience

One of our favorite places last year must be Under New Management very low-level rude people and overpriced
