This is the best facility in Playa. We discovered Kristine's about 16 years ago and have tried many places but keep coming back for the best service and facilities we have found in the area surrounding Playa del Carmen Top quality north America standard massaging pedicure chairs.... No putting your foot in a pail here Top quality massages and private rooms with top quality professional massage staff North American standard hair salon My ladies of my family love the haircuts here Very covid aware and all safety procedures followed throughout all services The front staff is completely fluent in English and most staff do speak partial English .... If you have any concerns they will be able to understand or get someone to help ..... I have had zero communication issues with my limited Spanish and several different services at Kristine spa Pricing is always fair and they do cash or credit card ... My whole family Recommends Kristine and demands to go there when we are in the area

We Rate 5 Stars for this Place. Very clean, friendly and professional! We had a mani and pedicure and it was absolutely amazing. We visited from Germany and there was a young Lady who did also speak German :) Thank You for a great job

Amazing couples massage for the cost. Therapists were running late, but it was made right with a little more time on the massage. Perfect pressure, great price! Highly recommended.

Went there yesterday (Friday Nov 6th) for manicure and pedicure. I chose the design, and one of the associates was able to paint exactly what I wanted on my nails. Great job! I was also 100% satisfied with my pedicure. However, I am giving 2 stars for the manicure. The girl severely cut the cuticle of one of my fingers (I didn’t realize how bad it was until today... it’s inflamed and hurts a lot!), and I’ve never experienced that before... No one apologized for that. I would say that was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I would like to thank other girls for their job (pedicure and the girl who did the design), but, unfortunately, the manicure ruined the whole experience. Daria
