Wife and I dove with Dressel in Punta Cana, had a great experience so we booked again with Dressel in Cancun to achieve Advanced Open Water certification. All the staff are very cordial and professional and polite. Dive Masters and Instructors fo out of the way to assure a great safe dive.even met again a young man in Cancun that worked for Dressel in Punta Cana when we were there. Diving in Cancun is awesome. Water and weather nice and clear. Thank you Danelia for a great AOW course !!!

We were staying at the Iberostar resort over the Christmas break and our youngest child (12 yrs old) completed his Open Water dive certification with Dressel Divers. He’s the third of our four children, all of whom are certified divers, who certified with Dressel Divers. The staff is excellent and customer service is over the top! The instructors and dive masters - Daniele Fragiacomo, Eleana, Marius, Hector, and Monserrat - were fantastic to class and pool instruction as well as ocean dive instruction and family diving! Kudos to Dressel for maintaining such a great dive support crew, captains , dive masters, instructors and managers. When in Mexico, we never hesitate to dive with Dressel, whether we have our own dive gear or we use their equipment. Everything is maintained well and the experience is always great! Thanks again for another wonderful week of diving!

AMAZING!!!! Just came back from our anniversary trip about two weeks ago. We stayed at the resort called Senses by Artisan, which was right next door to Dressel Divers literally! We booked scuba diving, parasailing, & jet skis in advance. They offer a 20% discount if you book before your visit. The office is in Spain so you have to be careful of the time difference. The weather was great (mid December). We booked scuba diving on Saturday then parasailing and jet skis for Sunday. The staff was amazing!!!!! Our scuba instructor was Millie!!!!! She was GREAT! She knows exactly what she’s doing. We did a training in the office then did a pool dive then went into the ocean. She helped my husband and I the entire time. The camera guys was Alex M. He captured a video of our entire experience! We bought the video at the end of our excursion (you will get the video about 4 days after you purchase). The other staff that we loved was DJ and Warna. The excursion included two dives. One in the morning and the other in the afternoon (maybe around 1:30) we chose not to do the second dive because we thought the first dive was enough for us. The next day (Sunday), we walked back over there and did parasailing and jet skis. Parasailing has a beautiful view! I would definitely recommend this place! The staff is very helpful and friendly!

Was on vacation at the Lindo, they have good staff. Dealt with " Julianna" and she was amazing. She was helpful, friendly and professional. Not pushing us to buy something we don't need, however offering what we need or falls within our budget and expectations. If you want to deal with the local diving center to avoid the hassle of " shopping around" then I do recommend them. They are honest and friendly. They also offer various water activities such as Catamarans, kayaks, tandems, Jet ski etc... I am a " paddler" so when I paddled for some time and took the kayak far, all they did was sending a jet ski to remind me to stay within limits and that's it :) I will do business with them again!

Best start in dresseldivers school! My husband an I decided that we do our PADI Open Water cetifity in our Mexico holiday. And the best place ever is the dresseldivers school! The school is very organized and we beginned with Micaela our driving teacher in pool at the first day. She was so patient and friendly to teach us, that I can totally relax breathing under the water and did the skills. And the highlights were the diving in the caribbean sea. With our teachers Miacaela, Mariana, Monzi and Lisa, we got such experiences that we can't imagined that before. Thank you Girls! You made me feel safe and had a lot of fun! Mucho gracias!

We did the River is Maya tour. They told us to show up for orientation at 8:45, but didn't get around to us until 9:30. The time at the turtle sanctuary was very regimented and brief. They seem to have the goal of cycling volumes of people through. We didn't see any turtles. The time at the cenotes was less rushed, but the particular cenote that we visited was rather small. We were through the thing in 30 minutes. In all, we spent more time travelling to the attraction than in the water.

Disappointed. Got to tour start at 8:30. Not enough vans for our group transportation. Last van did not arrive until 10am. One hour drive. No turtles... so please change your brochure! Waiting on pictures they were supposed to be emailed earlier!... Ok pictures sent the next day. They did compensate with free banana boat rides for the kids.
