I’ve taken a lot of lessons in the past 45 years, and learned from all. I went expecting to learn, but my expectations were exceeded by a long way. If you just want to have a good time and do as you please ... move on! But if you want to experience one of the most rewarding learning opportunities, in a no-nonsense presentation, then run to Harry. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful dives with an amazing instructor! Harry went above and beyond as an instructor to prepare me for cave diving. The cenotes we dove were far more impressive than I had imagined. I was trained by Harry Gust in Essential Skills all the way through Full Cave. I’m a scuba instructor for a few agencies and I believe that was some of the best, if not the best scuba training I’ve ever had. I highly recommend doing the Essential Skills first even if you may not think you need it. I’m looking forward to doing more cave training/diving with Harry in the future.

I just finished my TDI Intro to Tech and Full Cave course with Harry Gust and Cave Explorations. I’m really glad that I did my Intro to Tech course to learn sidemount skills before doing my cave course -without it, I probably wouldn’t have felt so comfortable during the cave portion of my training. Harry is an excellent instructor. It’s obvious from the start that he has a lot of experience in this field, as every lesson has a clear purpose and objective to reach. I improved dramatically under Harry’s supervision, and I look forward to improving more, as I’ve already booked some extra fun dives with him next week. Cave diving requires quality and a high level of attentiveness, especially from the instructor, so I highly recommend going with Harry and Cave Explorations.
