Well, get ready for true french bistro experience in the middle of Chiapas - except the service here is much better than in Paris . This "french experience" might be "slightly" more expensive than the usual local price range, but i would say it is still worth it ( i expect that the menu & prices are "probably" aimed at foreign clientele). As for food - gravlax and crepe with ham serrano were sort of "ok" ( in european standard ;-), the ice cream dessert was wonderful. I will definitely stop by again to try the rest from the menu
