It's usually not too full of people (though there's often a wait to pay). And it's pretty good-sized. I usually get my cat litter refills there. The downside is that it's relatively expensive - sign up for the newsletter to get good deals - and with club petco you get a 50 peso coupon for like every 1000 pesos spent.

Medium size pet store and grooming salon. They sell a lot of products for pets, including food, toys, collars, tags, beds, pet carriers and more. Everyone is polite and wants to help you, it was not crowded when i visited and the employee helped me with my problem (i had to return a product because it was defective) quickly and efficiently. Its easy to locate, you can walk from Sonora metrobus station to arrive.

Found helpful staff, everything I wanted and was even given advice on some troubling matter when it came to my pup's health. The prices are a bit higher but they have stuff that is quite difficult to find online.
