It's a Panda Express. If you like Americanized Chinese food, it'll do the job. I'm only posting this review because it took me a little while to find and maybe other people would struggle with the location. It's in the World Trade Center. Take the escalators to the 4th floor. It's behind the Cinemex along with Casa Del Tono.
