Go there with cash because some places don't take a card. Take a bag because there are plenty of things you can buy. They have some organic fruit out front which is great. Lots of unique to-go and grocery items which was fun to shop for. The food stands are all wonderful. Right now they offer everything in paper which is a shame but maybe that prevents covid? Great dessert options, lots of food options, coffee, chocolate, etc. The seats open up quickly so if you don't find something just hang out and you'll get a spot. Lovely people who work there - they are locals and they've been there for a while so they are fun to chat with.

Hidden Gem. Not really hidden, but outside of the main tourist area by 5 minutes. Absolutely amazing little farmers market. Loads of great food, soaps, drinks, produce, even fresh mushrooms. This is a must visit spot if you are in Oaxaca Centro.
