First day, I call to explain that I am not from Mexico City but I had taken classes in the states and had purchased my monitor but had not brought it with me. They let me know that it’s not a problem and that they’ll let me borrow one without cost.... next day, I walk in and they tell me I have to purchase one. In addition to the lack of communication among the staff and inability to directly communicate, it’s a shame that they are willing to loose a customer for 50 pesos. Thank you, next... I heard UFC gym is great place for exercise enthusiasts to work out & it’s near the area

Just like any other orange theory. I had a great class. Went twice. The coaches seem to push you a lot more than in the US. They don’t seem to care if your heart is about to explode and in the red zone the entire class. Haha . I appreciate that there were 4 showers and I like their sign up system for them.

I'm a tourist who doesn't speak Spanish. The staff at the Polanco OT were very nice despite my language barrier and the trainer was awesome checking in at the right moment to make sure I was getting along. It was a positive experience.

Si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas al servicio lo haría. Recientemente mudado a cdmx fui por invitación a probar este gimnasio, donde me pidieron mis datos ya que nunca antes había ido. A la semana siguiente se pusieron en comunicación conmigo a través de mi número personal para invitarme a una clase y ofrecerme una promoción para unirme al gym. La clase fue confirmada en varias ocasiones antes de yo llegar. En el momento que llego, ya sabiendo quién era una vez que les digo mi nombre, me dicen que no puedo entrar gratis que tengo que pegar la clase. Les comento que una persona del club se puso en contacto conmigo y me envió una invitación y una promoción. El trato que recibí luego de eso fue lamentable, la manera en que me habló la señora del mostrador haciéndome sentir que quería entrar gratis y que no iba a pasar. En ningún momento le interesó lo que le comenté, ni buscar una manera de solucionarlo. Por suerte fue antes de unirme, ni en eso son buenos. Perder un cliente por 1 clase.

Super recomendable! El staff en recepción es super amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Los coaches son muy buenos! (Mis favoritos Irvin, Eli, Gaby y Rosa Maria) y los entrenamientos son siempre diferentes, así que nunca te aburres.
