Went in there to purchase a usb drive that's bigger than 32gb. Unfortunately they're locked in a cabinet that nobody can open. After waiting in line to inquire further, I was told to wait by the cabinet and the manager with the keys will show up. I heard him getting called over a few times over the intercom but he never showed. I thought the point of physical stores is that you can purchase things quickly but honestly, I rather get it from Amazon if they're going to make an ordeal out of a flash drive. Why can't you just take my money and give me what I need? Shopping there is an unnecessary chore I won't go through again.
