The people who work on the team-from the drivers to the doctors, are some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure to interact with. The receptionist, nurses, nutritionist, doctors and surgeons are so easy to talk to and responsive to any question or need that arises. It was the best medical care I have ever received (I have delivered 2 children in US hospitals). The transportation staff is as attentive and knowledgeable as you could ever ask for. The team can be summed up as kind, respectful, and professional. Get ready for the best care of your life!

From the moment I was picked up, until the moment I was dropped off to go back home OCC treated me with the utmost care, professionalism and top notch customer service. The facility is top of the line and the Doctors are wonderful. I have never been treated so well and given so much attention. I didn't tell anyone except my partner that I was planning this trip and surgery because I knew the comments people would make regarding doing any type of surgery in Tijuana, Mexico. But have no worries, I promise you that you will have the same reaction I did regarding the quality of care. Tijuana is perfectly safe but like any city I would not recommend going out at night unless you are with several people and know where you're going. Otherwise enjoy your stay and enjoy the rest of your life. Best decision I ever made!
I definitely recommend this clinic, from the moment I first reached out to them which was 1/19/21 they quickly responded and answered every question. They quickly scheduled my surgery date of 2/15/21..They cater to your every need including traveling. Of all the places I researched in Mexico, OCC is the best option along with their accreditation.
In 2015 my primary care physician suggested I consider weight loss surgery. I was sort of devastated (and obviously in denial as I weighed in at 206 pounds), but he had just diagnosed me with diabetes and I could no longer avoid the fact that my weight was killing me. I researched my options and decided on OCC. It was the best decision of my life. I'm almost 5 years out and have not regretted it a single day since. I lost over 70 pounds and feel like I got my life back. The experience was great and having it done in Mexico was a non-issue. The clinic is beautiful and the staff is extraordinarily helpful at every step of the journey. Two months after I had my surgery (at age 55), I took my 70-year-old mom to OCC to have her sleeve done. They treated her like a queen. I wish I could get the kind of care I received at OCC here in the USA! I can't recommend them highly enough.
