2.5 stars. Served our hamburgers 15 minutes apart do we basically ate separately. Only 2 people in the restaurant at the time. French fries were overcooked and cold. Sent them back, returned warm and burnt, used same fries. Fried chicken, okay flavor, too greasy. Took dumplings to go, fair. Won't be recommending or returning again. Clean place, service declined when others entered restaurant. Save your pesos, try somewhere else.

I'm not usually one to negatively review a restaurant; I've worked in them and I know it's very hard to get right. But this place was such a waste of time and money that I felt compelled to warn away future customers. There was one other table. We had to get the waiter's attention to order. He did stuff on his phone while we ordered. We had to ask for our beers twice and our lemonade three times. I watched the other table of four receive each of their individual dishes 5 minutes apart. Two people came in and made a takeout order that was filled in under five minutes. Ten minutes later my child received his burger slathered with all the stuff we had asked NOT to be on the burger. Five minutes later my partner received her food. I waited another five before hearing the chicken I'd ordered just starting to be fried, the waiter had obviously forgotten, and of course five minutes later when it arrived it was inedibly raw inside the crust. I had also ordered a burger, but when I reminded the waiter of it he denied that I had ordered it. So we packed up and left. It is sadly no exaggeration to say that this was the worst service and food I've ever had in a restaurant.
