When i got to the apartment it was very clean! It was simple, but worked perfect for my stay; South east of Centro, The neighborhood was quiet - yet it was a close enough walk to the center / plenty of resturants, bars and markets near by. Oscar was very accommodating, and checked in to see if I needed anything! I very much enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to staying here again when I return to Oaxaca! Many Thanks! I have stayed in this complex many times since 2013. Oscar was always very accommodating. If there was anything I needed , he was always very quick to get to me. Oscar is now in Scotland in school, but he still can handle things very well from afar, and his father is in Oaxaca to help out in any way needed. The apartments are very close to the center , a 10 to 12 minute walk. There also are buses nearby if you need to go farther. There is a main supermarket 5 minutes away and a local mercado a minute's walk away. I will staying again her shortly, as always. I always feel very much at home in Oscar's apartments. Also, I feel very much at home in Oaxaca. It is a beautiful city with beautiful people, great food, great climate.

It is a really nice place to stay, quiet and with everything you need very close. You can get amazing food since the morning until midnight. There are a lot of cultural events in the “centro histórico” and you can go by walking or by bus. Also there is a local market where you can buy fresh food to cook.
