Yes, Horrible. First it was my boyfriend who chose the very first person after the bridge who was offering dental care, but he didn't even check for reviews. Nonetheless Dr. Hernandez didn't communicate that she would reduce the molar that I had already done the root canal on and replace it with a prosthetic. She only told me she would insert a post but never communicated removing my own tooth that another endodontist had saved, so to my surprise I had no choice but to have her complete the job and get used to more hardware on my mouth that does not even fit well. 2nd. Complaint is that she didn't prescribe any antibiotics, which are easy to get, but did have Amoxicilin by chance, that did help with the pain for the trip home, but got stronger stuff from doctor once I was home. I have to say I did save 620 just on that crown. I know I won't be going across any time soon! But with that much in savings...I don't know.
