WARING, DO NOT STOP BY HERE, ITS FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. Apply the permits online, it will take longer, but it's much safer. Especially if you are traveling with carrier on top of your car or if you are traveling late at night. Unfortunately we were all of the above, the guard tipped the gangs, we got pull over with a car who has Texas licenses plate. 3 guys came out and asked for money or they would rob us. They were armed and there was another car behind us. We had no choose but to pay. They took 500. That was the worse experience we had in Mexico. Never again and please anyone who is reading this, AVOID STOPPING BY HERE PLEASE

These guys are totally corrupt. I had to pay a bribe because I had medication I was bringing to my 88 year old mother in law. They let the cartels wait right there in the customs area and tip them off when someone is bringing in cargo. The cartels will follow out and chase you and make you pay upwards of 1,000 \tax\ to bring your stuff through their territory. If you don't have money they will take your stuff or may kidnap you and make you go to an ATM. Avoid the danger and cross at Colombia bridge just a few miles upriver.

Porfavor por seguridad. Busquen otra aduana por donde entrar, o vuelen en avión. Al momento de salir ya te estarán esperando camionetas y te seguirán para detenerte y pedirte dinero. Alguien en la aduana les avisa si llevas sobrecargo. Te arrebatan el dinero que con esfuerzo ganas y para que ellos ala mala te lo quite. No es justo. Donde esta el gobierno???

No entiendo por qué la Policía de Laredo permite o se asen que no saben que los mafiosos les roben a la gente que pasa de Estados Unidos. Los descarados piden 300 dólares por cabeza como si nosotros nadamos en dinero. Por eso nunca progresamos

Te reciben como si fueras delincuente. Triste que en nuestro mexico se den prácticas de hostigamiento y amenaza “sabías que te puedo meter al bote”. Pésimo!!!
