View is incredible, right on the water, go at sunset. Up to par with quality of Nobu’s elsewhere, which is really refreshing in Mexico. Quality of fish was great. Skip the oysters, they were so tiny it was almost comical. Everything was very good. Crispy rice and spicy tuna is not to be missed. Black Miso Cod is also amazing.

Highly recommended, good atmosphere, good service, and good food. Portions are a bit on the smaller side but flavor is really good. Prices are what you would expect for a Nobu. Location is a bit remote, especially if your are coming from San Jose and not Cabo San Lucas, plan accordingly. Overall a great place to visit when in Cabo.

Amazing service, great view and amazing food. Waiters were very kind and helpful and the restaurant is definitely well all around, you must try.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. On our last night we went to the restaurant. We have been to the Scottsdale and Newport Beach Nobu locations earlier this year. Our Cabo experience was by far the best. The fish was out of this world good. Unreal Wagyu steak as well. Service staff was a little overwhelmed the night we ate there but they still did a phenomenal job keeping the plates moving. We did a chefs tasting menu. Told them about my gluten allergy and keto diet and they had me dialed in.

We ate here in March from walking over from Hard Rock. Insanely stunning sunset dinner spot. What a view! Our waiter was not so happy and kept forgetting our drink orders. Wouldn't allow me to try to sips of wine side by side to decide which I would like to buy- which i have done almost everywhere and at other Nobu's before... I'm still going to buy a glass of wine. Oysters and tatar, incredible as to be expected. Waiter suggested fish which we thought would be smaller, but was huge, and he also forgot to mention it was over 100, which is fine but we would not have gotten that. It was a bit dry as well, too much going on. see pic. We ordered slow and our waiter kept taking our menus away when we kept asking to keep them so we can keep browsing for our next small bite, weird. Overall great experience and would be back. Hopefully the waiters will have some more training.

An experience you have to come and experience yourself... kitchen and service cannot be compared. Full 5 stars!

The ambience. The food. The service. The desert. All 5 stars. We will be back again (2 nights in a row). I’ll probably try the beef tenderloin tonight (I don’t eat anything from the ocean). And the crispy rice. Make sure you are there a bit before sunset to enjoy the view. We sat outside in the lounge and didn’t need to move to a normal table. This is the new best restaurant in Cabo.

Amazing experience, we arrived early and we were seated immediately at the lounge, we were promptly invited to our table, my daughter wanted a smoothy which wasn't available at the bar but the server offered to get it from another bar, I tried a couple of cocktails, the Koi Paloma was spectacular foodwise was impecable in terms of flavors presentation and explanation offered, its not a cheap place but it was definitely worth it, must try the wagyu and fried rice with tuna!
