My wife and I have been traveling through Mexico from Colorado and my brake failure light came on on my GS 1200. When I arrived in Merida I took my bike into Alecka Motors and I explained my problem and they immediately took my bike in and started to work on it. The Chief mechanic ran a test on it and determined it was a computer issue. He also stated that he had seen this issue before on 2005 GS 1200's and stated that the voltage was low on my battery which could cause the brake failure light to come on. The battery was replaced and the problem was resolved. Alecka motors was wonderful to my wife and I...they even called Uber to take us to the Central square to sightsee while the battery was being charged. English being my only language, I was glad that the employees could speak english. I rode the bike all day the next day and had no problems...Thank you Alecka.

Mi Experiencia con ellos fue terrible. Imprudentes, mentirosos, y faltos de educación. A una falta gravisima no pudieron ni pedir una disculpa. Hare que esto llegue lo mas alto posible. Señor Tapia, me amenazo usted con "acusarme con mi papa" pues lo tendre que acusar con sus superiores. Mal servicio, mala informacion, deshonestos, bueno, terrible el problema causado.
