Would give 0 stars if possible. I rented here for 5 months and the issues were endless. My heater and air conditioner was broken nearly the entire time. As I write this in my last week here it is 95 degrees inside the condo at night. Despite the fact that I pay the internet bill each month and use it for work daily these people came and uninstalled my internet connection on Monday morning to reinstall it in a neighboring unit. They did this with no communication or concern for my needs at all. Just pulled it out of the wall at 9am in the middle of a work meeting. The internet that I PAY FOR. I thought they were there to finally fix my air conditioner, ha! Yeah right! They don't care! Their cleaning team's vehicles leave oil spots all over the driveways and they insist on parking directly in front of my front door. When I tried to pressure wash this off (along with the dog waste from the Mexicans who rented the neighboring unit for the weekend) I was told I am not allowed to use water on the driveway and was harassed by 3 security guards. I guess I'm just supposed to walk through it. If you are Mexican you can break all the rules and and be as loud and destructive as you want but if you are American you will be harassed non stop for silly things like trying to keep your place clean. Avoid this place at all costs. Every resident here in the condos has had massive issues with this company and despises them. Literally stay with anyone else in San Felipe. These people will make it a point to ruin your stay here. Unless you are Mexican and just want to come trash the place for the weekend. In that case they will make sure you have everything you need and are well attended to.

Loved this place! Very well appointed, quiet, very close to beach, but not too close, close to pool and spa, secure, and reasonably priced! What with horseback riding, great fishing, and the downtown experience nearby, this makes for such a great get-away or vacation spot; we'll definitely be coming back!!

Very very bad service. I rented Casa del sol a couple weeks ago and specifically paid for early entry and late. Upon arrive I was informed that I could not enter the home as an early entry because of cleaning issues. I WAS TOLD TO GO TO TOWN AND MAKE TIME, REALLY? BY THEN I was told I could enter the home at 12 noon, we arrived at the home at noon and once again was turned away and unable to enter the home. My family (with kids) was left sitting in the sun for hours until the cleaning crew had the audacity to finish. After hours of so call cleaning the home, the home was still dirty and trash everywhere. So I ask my self all that time for what? The home states their kitchen is fully equipped, lie once again. No pot or pans, no cooking utensils, no kitchen accessories what so ever. Upstairs Bathroom was leaking lots of water, no bathroom seat in the bottom bathroom. TV did not work or turn on. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY RENT THE HOUSE FOR. The only good thing was the pool. I TOOK THE LIBERTY OF FINDING THE OWNER OF THE HOME AND SPOKE TO HIM PERSONALLY. HE WAS UNAWARE OF ALL OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING IN HIS RENTAL. VERY POLITE MAN, UNLIKE MY SAN FELIPE VACATION STAFF. I'm very very disappointed and will never rent from them again. BEEN GOING TO SAN FELIPE MY WHOLE LIFE AND WE HAVE RENTED MANY MANY HOMES. This was the first time I was so unhappy with a house rental. I was never contacted after our entry to the home for any apology or even checked upon on. Sad and bad service. Take your business elsewhere.. Find cheaper prices and better homes. I guarantee it.

The place was great, but I had an issue with the service. I paid 50.00 for a cleaning in the middle of my stay and no one cleaned. This was in addition to the before and after arrival cleaning. The condo did not have wi-fi at all. One of the rooms had a TV with a DVD player only no dish or satellite TV. The condo was clean and organized. We were close to the beach.
