Although I have always loved the experience PF Chang’s offers abroad I have to say my visit to PF Chang’s Monterrey was ok. Food was great! But as I know there is no customer service in Mexico. We have to direct our waiter several times when lacking willingness to have an excellent service. Overall okay

The food was good but couldn't enjoy it. In a city with a temperature of 36 or more having the air conditioning not working well.... NOT a comfortable dinner ...
