I went expressly to send money abroad through Western Union and, surprise, you can only RECEIVE money, or send it to another FAMSA location within the country. I sat down to gather my wits and do a fast search on where to go next and the 'executive' or glorified teller asked me to leave. Poor customer service, disgruntled tellers, abusive executives... And inflated prices. Why waste your time at FAMSA? Never again.
