One of the best experiences I've ever been in a movie theater! Ordering a ticket or food is hassle free with there touch screen machines. If you placed an order, there is little to no human interaction with employees, just wait till your number pops up on screen to pick it up. There's also a waiting room, lounging area, and arcade room, with a dedicated helper, you can chill till your movie starts. The best part about the theater is experiencing, for the first time, a movie in 4Dx. Having the seats shake, move, and rumble with mist and wind effects blasting everywhere was a great movie experience. No complaints here

New and comfortable cinema, prices are a little bit high but Takis popcorn are tasty, automatic payment is awesome, the idea of no limes to buy food is awesome. Great service and quality of video is good

This place has been recently renovated to offer a more \self-service\ approach. This does not work well with the amount of people that visit the cinema. Extremely fast queue times for buying tickets and paying for food, but the actual preparation time can take longer than 20 or 30 minutes at peak hours. With so many people standing around waiting for their order, it can get quite frustrating. However, the facilities and furniture are very nice - something I hope is being paid with the elevated prices of popcorn and beverages. Pros: Very clean, very nice facilities. Great screens, good seats, good sound quality. Cons: It is much more expensive than other Cinepolis cinemas, and food orders can take quite a long time. To sumarize: I would definitely come back to this cinema if the screening is not on peak hours. I would not purchase food here unless I have enough time to get 30 minutes before the screening to order.

The service it was excellent , I saw a case when a pair of deaf mute want to buy a ticket and the service can understand and talk with the sing lenguge
