If your looking for a nice quiet, friendly cafe in down town Nuevo Laredo this is it. Great food (check out the lunch special), great service. Clean and great to have a snack and cold beer. Great prices and Natalie speaks english as well as Spanish, so no problem for non Spanish speakers.
