Best money we spent in the area, we took the Sian Ka'an tour with snorkeling and it was amazing. We didn't get to see the manatee but we did get to see crocodile's in the lagoon as well as lots of birds and when we went and snorkeled we got to see lots of fish and a small shark and a few sting Ray's, a really special trip, wish we would have done it at the beginning of our trip because Karen was the best guide ever and had great recommendations for other things to do in Tulum
