Ismahel, our tour guide went above and beyond. That had snacks, drinks and water for us on the air-conditioned bus. Ismahel took us to his village and showed us baby crocodiles that his village is helping recusitate numbers with the Mexican government.

Es una agencia excelente; el servicio fue de primera. me recomendaron encontrarme con el guía Ismael Beiza. Nos explico muy ampliamente el tour de la laguna de los 7 colores de Bacalar, el paseo fue en un ponton muy bonito, paseamos por el canal de los piratas, donde muy amablemente nos ofrecieron snacks y bebidas. son muy profesionales, tu tour será maravilloso
