Good food at high prices. The atmosphere is very odd for a Mexican seafood restaurant. Feel like you are in a hotel lobby. Was surprised to see the bill but cant complain because it was good... but there is likely better places to go for atmosphere and price. Octopus was spot on...and the service/wait staff were gentlemen. Very good service. Just a shame the prices were so high or I am sure it would be packed...and lined up out the door. Puerto Vallarta has some great seafood places with comparable food. It would have been half the price but it was lined up out the door and around the block.

We got the ceviche, coconut shrimp (camarones al coco), grilled octopus (pulpo a la brasas), and three chilis shrimp with noodles (not pictured). Everything was impressively delicious except the octopus sadly, which is a shame because it looked so great in pictures!
My favorite in Merida for over 20 years.The staff is incredible and Luis is just a pleasure to deal with. Thry thr Francis Drake salad for lunch.
