We have decided that we want to sell our condo in Sayulita. After talking with Erik Luna we realized how beneficial it would be to provide our potential buyers with a pre sale home inspection. He pointed out that it would help build trust between the potential buyer and the seller; as property disclosures are not mandatory in Mexico. Even though our condo is relatively new we believe that it was money well spent and their prices are very reasonable. We were provided with a detailed report that we can share with all our potential buyers. Oh, did I mention that they are bilingual too? Erik was super professional and on time! Luna Group is a very reputable local contractor setting the trend to improve the real estate transaction of process in Nayarit and I like that as a former real estate agent from the US.
Erik Luna and his company gave us good service and responded to our concerns promptly. They made repairs to our roof and ceiling and helped create better drainage off the roof.
