So we decided to come here even after the bad reviews and give it a shot, once we arrive we where greeted by a guy... turns out he just started working at LV. He was the most attentive, kind, and positive person I have encountered at a high end store. He did not bug or try to make me buy items I did not want. Overall the store is great with great selection!

Me and my husband recently had the chance to come to this store where we were greeted with nothing but kindness and knowledge. Jimena was amazing to work with, she was not pushy and she knew a lot about the bags and helped me pick out the right one when I could not decide. We came back a couple of days later and were ecstatic that we were able to work with her again to pick up some gifts and accessories. Her patience and smile made this a wonderful experience and we will be visiting this store again when we return to Mexico. Thank you Jimena and LV Cancún!

Very Very clean. A very nice shopping area within the hotel district I highly recommend coming here for high-end fashion and shopping you will not be disappointed. They have awesome selection and some of the latest releases on the latest fashion on the planet. They have high inventory to choose from. Come it's awesome.

Now I know what talking covid 19 but a group of 4 left & he tells the guy only one person left he will not allow us in were a group of three I guess one black person allowed in the store at a time 726 pm 12/12/2020 rewind the cameras

Been to a few Louis stores in Europe, and here in the U.S. was very pleased with the size of this one. They had a very nice collection, and my girlfriend I were pleased with the building. The client help was very helpful. We had a pleasant chat with another tourist there, and they were very respectful. They helped us out with all our questions, and did a great job. They even gave us some nice Valentine day chocolates.

This was our first trip to Cancun, the first time buying Louis Vuitton products. Everything was just perfect! The customer service was outstanding. Thanks a lot to the Russian speaking lady (sorry, I have a pretty lousy memory on names) who assisted us during our visit. She answered all the questions patiently, gave thoughtful advice, and showed us different styles that helped to make the choice. Champagne was proposed just on time, which made us buying 2 products instead of 1 (well done, LOL). Finally, we saved almost 500 on the purchase that included the US and Mexico currency exchange rate and 8.9% tax refund. Not bad, hah?! :)
