Absolutely amazing coffee roaster, had the Expresso tonic, iced latte, and aeropress coffee. All amazing. Roaster David Baez is a coffee BOSS who roasts mosts of the coffee here. He showed me different blends, so personal and friendly.

What an amazing hole-in-the-wall gem of a place. The service was so good, well informed about their coffee which they roast on site and ground by hand. A nice place to relax away from the shop owners heckling you to come in and shop. Los Tamarindos has the right vibe all around, a wonderful place to sit and relax and have a great cup of coffee or a ice tea.

You could tell The gentleman who helped us put his heart and soul into the cup of coffee from describing the roasts, the brewing method for the roast I chose, the weighing of the beans, grinding of the beans, preparing the chemex, to delivering my cup. What a beautiful little treasure in this quaint courtyard. The next batch of coffee was roasting as we entered, and the lattes we ordered were smooth, delicious, with silky steamed milk poured with beautiful patterns. And the service was delightful and friendly. Cash and credit cards were accepted.
