Best airport in Mexico, my opinion. Staff was very helpful with my smoking habit...getting through the check points was quick and painless. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of shopping and food choices. The plane got delayed but thankfully staff spoke English well and was clear about what happened.

Nice little airport nestled in the mountains with an awesome view. So much easier than most airports in Mexico. There is still the typical marauding upon exit as most airports are, but not avoidable. The customs agents are a lot easier to deal with and are very nice about it as well. There is a Starbucks for those in need. I also recommend the Corona Bar and see my boy Martin. Great server, delicious shrimp burger, and awesome ribeye tacos. I had a good experience and hope it remains the same for my next visit ! Thanks guys.

Generally the airport is fine but if you have any issues good luck... My wife left her phone at security as were distracted traveling with an infant. We already boarded the flight and asked a friend to please retrieve the phone. He found it and asked to bring it to us. He had the number and showed he could call it / text it. Been trying for days to get in touch with the airport. The airline can't help. The airport text bot says the only way to retrieve it is to fly back to Cabo. See attached pictures with our phone in their hands with staff ID.

I like this airport. They had plenty of power outlets. There were plenty of places to eat in the airport. The airport was spacious, clean, and bright. I did find it weird that they could not adjust the bridges for all planes. Some planes will require you to walk outside and wait to load the plane. Others allow you to use a bridge and never face the elements. Duty free stores are very nice. Plenty of selections and the cashiers are friendly.

Everything was easy- checking in, security, the staff was very helpful. The only confusion was figuring out that after security you have to go thru the duty-free store before finding your gate, and there aren't any signs telling you this. Also, the gates are on different levels. On the plus, Everything is very clean, and the food court has a good variety. Be aware that it is very expensive though.

Very, very, very clean and well organized, was no problem going through immigration and the staff very friendly and covid safe.

The kiosk was not working which delayed everyone needing a ticket. When we finally got done we had do the qr code questionnaire again. We had already done this a few days earlier, before having our covid pppThis was another delay

Nice airport but no wifi. So have all your transportation plans in order because you will not be able to get in touch with anyone.
