A month before arrival I asked her about changing my 3.5 month rental to 6 month rental. She was vague in her answer saying she would have to switch my rental to a smaller one. When asked the size and cost she wouldn’t answer and said we’d discuss when I arrive. She later told me she has a booked calendar and already arranged things and I told her I understood. But because she was intentionally being evasive and can’t confirm which is my apartment, I cancelled and requested the deposit back. Per agreement, I have one month before to get my deposit back. She has ignored my messages and request for deposit. She is shady, dishonest and now a thief.

Me encantaron las instalaciones, las tiene muy bien cuidadas, la atención es muy buena, siempre estuvieron atentos a mis necesidades. El personal fue muy educado. La ubicación queda excelente para poder disfrutar de playa del Carmen. Es un lugar 100% recomendado
