UPDATE: Hello, I just wanted to update my review from Dec. 2020. We’re now in April 2021 and I want to say that LIV has changed drastically since 2017 when I was first there and it’s not for the better. Just this last Dec. I returned for my second FET and I’m sad to say that it resulted in a miscarriage. I’m not 100% blaming this on LIV as there are so many factors that go into it but I will say that leading up to the transfer I was stressed because the communication was very bad. Also, once I was there and met the doctor. Although a nice soft spoken lady, she was not very informative, I literally had to ask questions in order to get information. The doctors I worked with back in 2017 gave me so much information and always kept me informed on every little detail. LIV is just not the same anymore. Also, I had a horrible experience while getting the embryo transfer done. The doctor kept hurting me to the point where I was sobbing and no one bothered to comfort me. Not to mention the fact that I felt alone because my husband was not allowed in due to COVID. In conclusion I would NOT recommend LIV to anyone looking to have more than one baby. Also, they offer free services for reviews so that should explain all the recent “good” reviews. I no longer have ties to them which is why I’m not afraid to leave a very honest review. Thank you. Hello, I went to LIV in October 2017, the process went very quickly for me. The doctors worked with me as I didn’t have insurance (in the states) that covered any infertility testing. They were patient and worked with what I got them. I arrived with a cyst and they drained it that same day. In January 2018 I got my positive test and I now have a 2 years old. Fast forward to today, I’m currently in Puerto Vallarta for my second transfer.

I have used LIV Fertility for 2 IVF processes that both resulted in positive pregnancies. Their Medical Director, Dr. Stetson is a US trained professional and expert in Fertility and Assistive Reproductive technology. The quality of services they provide at the price point they are offering cannot be matched anywhere in the United States. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-staffed. The doctors and staff there are all professional and respectful. Their communication is clear and detailed and they are very good at explaining everything you need to know about your process. Whether you are using them for a complete IVF process, Embryo Transfer, or just an egg donation process they have the ability to explain the process to you every step along the way. With my latest embryo transfer Dr. Stetson was available after hours for any questions or concerns we had during the process. For anyone looking to do IVF or needing helping creating their families I would recommend LIV, especially if you want high quality service and have a budget.

Words cannot fully express my gratitude to all the incredible staff at LIV for the amazing experience we have had on our IVF journey. From day one Sergio has gone above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns we may have in moving forward. My husband and I had a horrible experience with The Who the US considers/labels as the number one IVF doctor. We knew our desire to expand our family had to become greater than our fear. We did not know who to trust or where to begin. After our consultation with Dr. Edna, she answered all our questions, concerns and most importantly was transparent with our personal situation. We then proceeded to begin our journey to trust that there actually was a doctor who took pride in loving others by enabling them to increase their families. The loving supportive staff then set us up with our coordinator Alonso, he has gone above and beyond in every direction this process has taken us and assisted even when we lost our own donor just days before we were scheduled to begin. He had a plan and with Dr. Edna we felt secure in their care to proceed with a slightly modified but customized plan specifically made in my best interest. I love this team and all their staff as you are not just another number but they treat you as family. Through all the twists and turns they have been by our side! What I value most is open communication through the WhatsApp and the regular customized treatment to give our family the best outcome possible! Thank you to the whole family of LIV as we are hoping for the best outcome with these knowledgeable incredible souls!

2 Up dates at the bottomWe just started our IVF journey in Mexico I can't say anything but good things about this clinic and everyone that works there When I was still in the state's I had a hard time getting a hold of someone one the phone not here. Alonso and sergio were so helpful in so understanding and always available when I needed to talk or had any questions no matter how little. Then when I got here a week ago I was greeted with smiles from the lady and gentleman at front desk .Then again when I met the doctor and the nursing staff .The woman who was mopping was also very kind .Alonso has help me so much in understanding everything and when you walk in there's dozens of pictures of people just like us who had a struggle and was blessed with bundles of joy its safe it very clean and peaceful what better place to conceive your baby thank yall I'll give a update review later so far better then good. just adding my update today I had 2 embryos put in everything looks great I have one frozen to love love love this place amd Mexico it so peaceful they were so fantastic we find out if we are pregnant on the 31 of tge month God is good and this clinic/hospital and all the employees are super Amazing thank everyone updated ..... we are pregnant on the first try of ivf what a blessing how amazing God is good!!!!

My wife and I went to Puerto Vallarta for travelling . But gone to LIV Fertility Centre. State of the art facility. We had tried other places few times in BELLINGHAM. USA But after meeting Dr. Stetson and Dr. Velez Perez we felt we were at the right place in the right hands given to them by mighty God. Right from the starting with co-ordinations awesome response. Every question was answered thoroughly. Doctors personally respond to everything we asked for. Great thing was no hidden charges. That was all in January,2018 Doctors filled us up with what we needed to do for next month and a half we did prep with their help and they did the awesome job. March 17th did the embryo transfer. I wasn’t even there. Whole team took initiative to do the best out of the best and here we go April 4th 2nd beta test and we are pregnant. Couldn’t have done without you guys. Shout out to Karla, Sofia, Alanso and Giselle too many names to mention but to the whole staff. Thank you and God bless you. I would highly recommend these world friendly team. P.S:- A special thanks to Dr. Sonny Stetson. My friend you and Dr. Velez Perez are two angels sent by Almighty to give this world a new hope. Can’t Thank you enough.
