Had the pleasure of being present for an event sponsored the city of Chapala. Catered food and drinks provided for a group of about 200 beautiful horses, one mule and one burro at no cost!! The riders were as old as 80 and as young as 5. Some came to ride in the calvacada, on horseback, taking 2 hours to get to the starting point. A band joined them in Chapala and led the procession to Lienzo Charro de Chapala. GREATEST carnitas I have ever had. Super place to visit when there are events.
