Horrible experience. Will never come back. I contacted the manager hoping she’ll make things right and issue a refund but she was rude saying I took too long to complain about it and only offered a treatment for my hair which is not a solution to the ridiculous haircut I got. I spent 2020 on color and this hideous haircut. Then went to another salon to fix it and spent another 1450. I wish I never went to Le Bleu. Horrible customer service and waste of money.

Got a bleach coloring (950 250 MXN) for my short hair from Laura, and I love it! Same-day appointment via Facebook. Lots of English speaking in the salon. My only suggestion would be about the chairs - they're carved out of wood... stylish but not super comfortable :)

Took much longer than expected, tried to add extra charges, and quality wasn't good. Owner agreed it wasn't a good job, but trying to get it fixed was a hassle. First he said the same stylist had to fix it (they were the problem to begin with!), then put someone else on it and again it took twice as long as they claimed it would. Only half fixed it and told me to come back the next day for the rest. So, use them if you want your appointment to last for three days.

Awesome french haircuts provided at cheaper rates than others.The stylists knows better so just leave it on to him.He will do a perfect makeover. One of the best hair salons in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.

I met Carrie yesterday and she gave me an incredible haircut! She is very kind and nice too! I always get nervous because some stylists just lecture about how damaged is your hair.. or what a terrible job the past stylist did etc... none of that! Not in here! The total opposite! I would totally come back!
