Will rent again! Rented a while ago for a week. Tells you what’s going to be charged and very friendly. Appreciate the business and will always rent from him in the future.
Loved our experience with Luis. He was very nice and Lucky Rentals has no hidden charges nor surprises its all clear and prices are so reasonable. We are definitely renting again next trip with Luis.
Do not ever rent a car from this place. They rented us a car that had bad tires and we got a flat tire. Then they charged us first the tire replacement. They gave us a different car and then that one broke down and they tried to charge us for the belt in the engine that broke They gave us 2 bad cars and tried to charge us for them. They are a bad business. Do not take a chance on this business
Excelente servicio y trato al cliente además de un excelente precio!! Al principio dudamos un poco ya que la oficina esta fuera del aeropuerto, pero Luis fue muy amable y nos dio mucha confianza. Nos recogió en el aeropuerto y nos llevo a la oficina sin ningún costo. El carro funcionó perfecto y no tuvimos ningún problema. Super recomendable!
