At La Posta del Oasis our mission is to present you a culinary experience which highlights the local foods and flavors of the area, yet presented in a new and different way. We pride ourselves in using the very best of ingredients and sourced from the finest farmers, fisherman and ranchers in the area as well as the world. - Herbs and Vegetables – Most all vegetables are grown within the area of Todos Santos and delivered daily to the restaurant or grown on site , ensuring freshness and the ease of access for the chef to personally inspect the farms and talk with the farmers, requesting exclusive vegetables for us. - Fish – For over 100 years, the fisherman of Todos Santos have launched their pangas from the shores of Punta Lobos and providing the area with the freshest fish including sea bass, mahi–mahi, tuna, marlin.
