Is there a zero star rating? The service is terrible and the staff is extremely rude on every level. Not worth the nasty attitude... They should be trained on customer service, as it a shame and it does not reflect the rest of the people in Merida.

Did not have a great time here. Service was hostile, chap serving wasn't amiable at all. Such a change considering how wonderful the rest of the city is.
