What they don’t usually know is that I also speak Spanglish, learned on the streets of Miami, Florida My initial corporate work came through IT consulting where I soon learned that systems and strategies, as important as they are, are not enough on their own. If one does not maximize one’s potential and discovers one’s inner strength… This led me to the practice of executive coaching and training, where my intuitive and adaptive style came together with my passion in order to uncover the best in people and awaken my clients from the “realm of overwhelmed” to the “world of possibilities” I graduated from iPEC school for coaches where I was certified as Certified Professional Coach. After completing over 1,000 hours of coaching, I was certified by the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach. Since then I have also been certified by Reach, as a Certified Personal Brand Strategist and as a 360Reach Analyst I’m a sought out speaker and coach with more than 20 years of experience delivering messages to a broad range of audiences. I have been featured in magazines, newspapers, tv and radio. Now I travel to the Caribbean, Latin America, Canada and USA delivering training and coaching to major corporations. I focus in the areas of leadership, sales and marketing, communication and personal brand development The ethical truth-teller, motivator, believer, and optimist in me comes out to help executives alter their perspectives. These changes in perspective allow the executives to uncover and maximize their energy, which results in leadership effectiveness to position their companies at the forefront of their industries; it guides them to develop strategic plans to advance their objectives and to increase revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization
