Biggest scam ever, do not trust INTEGRATE never!! The houses are ok, not the newest but ok to live. But the company Integrate is just there to steal your money. The \deposit\ I paid at the beginning of the Semester I never got back; when I tried to reach out to them they just ignore the messages. I also did one weekend Trip with Integrate to Puerto Vallarta. We stayed in the worst hotel in town and still paid a ridiculous amount of money and didn’t get anything more than the hotel and the bus transfer. So if you plan to travel definitely not with Integrate.

Run away! It's a business created in order to steal the foreign people because the casa haven't any security norms, they are dirty all the time because the housekeeping, instead of cleaning the casa, they steal our money (in my case, Jenny from casa Frijol, Casa Chapu, Casa Millet, stole us more than 5000 Mxpesos. And, I saw her stealing me with my wallet in her hand!!!! She is the cousin of Jorge Gonzalez, an escrow so watch out your things. The directors, managers are useless. They say Integrate offer guarantee but it doesn't worth it anything !!!
Don't move into an Integrate house!!! Whatever you do, just don't. Especially if the landlord's name is Jorge Omar Martinez Gonzales. They manage to ruin a complete fine house by not maintaining it at all. Broken fridges, broken lights, broken doors, no hot water, leaking roofs, broken fountains, broken showers... the list goes on. On top of that he tried to steal money from a roomie by claiming he paid her back when he clearly didn't and then accuse other roomies of having stolen it. He's also on Facebook using fake accounts to write bad comments about tenant's company just because he doesn't like her. This man is ludacris. On one of their parties I was even drugged. The organization of their beach festival is also horrible. They love to take your money but hate to provide any service. Don't book a room with them just because you think you need one before arriving to Guadalajara - there's plenty of free rooms available with better landlords when you arrive, trust me!
They attract with unbeatable offers like \open bar for 4 hours\ or \all attractions (in an amusement parc) while party included\ but HIDE informations like there is just ONE bar for 6.000 people, the opening hours of the bar are 3am - 7am and/or just LIE and close attractions. RIP-OFF!!!
