If you are traveling international be aware that even the traffic of people in this airport is really small and there is a good amount of people working within in, the times to check in are absurd, yesterday I was traveling from Aguascalientes to Dallas in the 5:00 AM flight, I arrived to the airport and had to wait in line for 1 hr and 40 minutes just to be told that the counter and system was closed due to the time and that I couldn’t check in my luggage. This was very frustrating for me and the dozen of people waiting behind me since we weren’t notified until they closed the counters. I was expecting that the crew would open a new line or at least communicate that they were experiencing problems. The best offer was to put us on the waiting list for the next flight and they were very rude and unprofessional. I would consider another option in the future.

Airport was busied but everyone was very helpful. You must have your Antigens COVID-19 test. Also declaration evidence and health questioner these 2 forms you can do at the Airport. Just landed in Chicago. Happy to be back home.

I went to pick up my father. The airport police are extremely rude and don't allow you to park while you wait for your passenger. The airport is fine, but because the airport security is so unreasonable about this parking rule, I am giving a low rating until they fix it. If this is just a racket to get people to pay for parking, it needs to stop.

Excellent it was excellent they have all kind of protections for the covid-19 not crowded you can go in and out in no time very pleasant trip

I love this airport. It is small, you can get in and out really quick. The bathrooms are nice and clean.

It takes a long time to get the luggage for such a small airport. Prices for the private taxis to the hotels quite high for persons who travel alone.

I'm not sure why this time was so slow and lengthy. (It wasn't because of covid-19, but their lengthy process made the congregating harder to avoid.) I have flown to this airport many, many times, but it just hasn't quite updated as other regional airports like Queretaro's or Acapulco's. Surprised how customs to exit Mexico, was so slow and tardy. To get through security, there was only one line. Also at landing, customs was a little more extensive than at other Mexican airports.
