In Cancun for two weeks and my iPhone 6s screen stopped working toward the beginning of my trip. These guys saved my whole trip. Replaced the screen and they noticed there was some water damage inside- they deep cleaned my phone (a 24 hour process) and replaced my screen for a reasonable price (similar to US prices even when paying in pesos). Thank you!

NOT AN AUTHORIZED APPLE REPAIR SHOP! Went to them to see if they can fix my iPhone 11 pro after it fell in the sea. They said they can do something to it and theres a 50% chance it will get fixed for 30 USD. After a day, they said they couldn't get it to turn on and gave me the phone back after I paid. Wasn't until after I got the phone back that I was told they opened it. They aren't an authorized repair shop, so after I took it to an actual authorized repair shop, my warranty for the phone was voided. Would have much rather paid 30 USD for them to tell me they can't open it or I'll lose my warranty. Instead the woman just wanted to make a quick 30 USD and now I have a broken phone that can't be used or fixed. Wouldn't trust this company with any further business.

We went there after the iphone fell in the sea and wouldn’t turn on. They guy speaks English and was very helpful in telling us what to expect of getting it fixed. Nice service I would recommend

Dropped my iPhone 5c after it got water logged with rain. Tried to find any place in Cancun that would fix it quickly as I needed to leave the next morning. Came here and for 900MX (less than 50USD, they replaced my screen! The lady at the counter didn’t speak any English but she called her manager on the phone and I was able to tell him the situation. They were super busy the day I went so they quoted a time of 3-4 hours, which was fine for me. However, I ended up wander a lot further than I wanted to and wasn’t sure if I would make it back in time to pick up the phone before they closed. I was able to give them a call and they waited past their closing hours for me to arrive.

Excellent service! Walked in just before closing needing a new screen for iPhone 6. Phone was ready in a matter of minutes and we were on our way!!! Would recommend to anyone.
